Tree Pose improves focus and concentration while calming your mind.




HOW TO DO THIS


  • Begin standing in Mountain Pose and shift your weight to your left foot.
  • Rest your hands on your hips and lengthen your tailbone toward the floor.
  • Fix your gaze gently on one point and draw down through your left foot.
  • Inhale as you extend your arms overhead.
  • Hold for up to one minute.
