Morning Flow with Brenda

Monday/Thursday/Friday 9:00 am

This is a special morning routine to jump start your day, wake up your body and get your energy flowing! This class is designed for all levels. Get up and get moving with a combination of Yoga, Pilates and great stretching. You feel both energized and relaxed by the end of class.


Motivational Monday with Donna

Monday 5:30

A great class to start your week and keep you motivated.  This class is great for beginners and also for seasoned yogis.  With a combination of standing poses and stretching, it will give you just what you need.

Gentle Flow with Brenda

Tuesday 6:30 pm

Going with the flow is a gentle flow combining a series of postures, where with a gentler, lighter paced flow, students will be able to move with a sense of ease from one posture to another, coordinated with the breath. This softer pace will allow you to be more present with each posture. Designed to create space to explore your practice, to find the play between strength, stretch and flexibility, stability and ease, and to gain greater understanding of alignment and balance in the body.


Wake Up Strong with Mel

Tuesday/Friday 6:30 a.m.

Start you day with a morning stretch, energizing poses and strengthen for targeted muscle groups and you have a program designed to prepare you for whatever the day brings. Drink your coffee and don’t forget your water!


Chair Yoga with Mel

Tuesday/Thursday 2:00 pm

For beginner through intermediate, this modified class is open to every body and makes yoga accessible to persons with limited mobility, balance issues and those recovering from injury; it is also great for the first-time yogi.

Flexibility, improved range of motion and strengthening are achieved through modified poses, proper alignment and queued breathing. Balance and body/brain exercises are a fun component of this class which concludes with relaxation/meditation. Come attend this this warm and welcoming class. You will leave feeling relaxed and energized.


Mind, Body & Breath with Chandra

Wednesday 9:00 am

Wednesday morning class is designed for beginner or experienced practitioners alike. This Hatha style practice will allow you to slow down and mindfully connect to your breath (pranayama), body (asanas), and mind (meditation). Class opens with calming and centering the mind through a short time of focused breathwork. This is followed by various postures to bring balance, strength and flexibility to the body through gentle exertion while remaining attentive to the breath. The class will close with a short time of meditation and relaxation to seal in the practice. 


It’s a Stretch with Brenda

Thursday 6:30 pm

A slower, mindful practice that targets connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia, along with the energetic systems of the body, bringing the body into balance and increasing its natural range of motion. Most poses are done while seated or lying down supported by the use of props and are held in stillness for several minutes. As we move into stillness, we bring body, breath and soul into harmony. It’s a perfect complement to a more physical practice. You will leave class feeling refreshed, renewed, and restored. A good class for beginners and those looking to refine their practice.


Yoga Flow & Mindful Movement with Lori

Saturday 9:00 a.m.

A continuous flow of yoga poses through Son Salutations. Flow-based classes tie breath to movement between individual postures. Focus will be on strengthening, lengthening, and stretching through a creative series of postures in constant motion. 

Mindful Movement

Last Saturday of the month 9:00 – 10:30 

Merging the practice of mindfulness with the practice of yoga has led the way to a new and more intensive form of “Mindful Yoga.” Mindful yoga applies mindfulness teachings to the physical practice of yoga; it is the holistic approach of connecting your mind to your breath.
