Wake Up Yoga

This is a special morning routine to jump start your day, wake up your body and get your energy flowing! This class is designed for all levels. Get up and get moving with a combination of Yoga, Pilates and great stretching. You feel both energized and relaxed by the end of class

A great way to wind down your busy Monday.  Both gentle and relaxing.

Therapeutic Chair Yoga

Use a chair or use a mat & enjoy poses that help rebuild strength and balance. This is a Silver Sneakers approved program.

Gentle Plus Arms

Tuesday 6:30 pm

Appropriate for new beginners with a basic level of fitness. This class leans toward a gentle class but also gives you that challenge you may be looking for to help strengthen your upper body. This class is geared toward students who want to take their practice a little deeper. Modifications are given for those that want a more gentler practice.

Core Yoga

Wednesday 6:00 pm
We concentrate on our core, legs and butt in this class.  Core strengthening yoga is great to help tone the belly, heal back pain and create stability in the body.

Gentle Plus Legs

Thursday 6:30 pm
