BRIDGE POSE

A beginning back bend that helps to open the chest and stretch the thighs.




HOW TO DO THIS


  • Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet on the floor.
  • Press your feet and arms firmly into the floor and draw your tailbone toward your pubic bone.
  • Roll your shoulders back and underneath your body while keeping your thighs and feet parallel.
  • Hold for up to one minute.
